Philip Whalen was one of the most creatively radical poets of the San Francisco Renaissance of the 1950s and beyond. To celebrate the "Collected Poems of Philip Whalen," join editor Michael Rothenberg with Whalen's poet friends Bill Berkson, Clark Coolidge, Norman Fischer, Dave Haselwood, Alastair Johnston, Joanne Kyger, Michael McClure and others for an all star tribute.
