Dear Mr. & Mrs. John Mitchell,
Whenever I receive your letter, and even when I read it after, I find a great encouragement in it. Now I have decided to visit your home one of these days after the 20th of this month. Please let me know what day is convenient for you and where and how I can meet you. I think I can stay there more than one week. I have no ideas of forcing our way to on anyone but I want to be sincere enough to accept people and help people in improving for the better.
I am sure we will have interesting talk between us about the matter of which we are concerned most.
With gassho,
Rev. Shunryu Suzuki
I am always in a black robe with Japanese kimono.
